Constance Uzwyshyn, CU3 Design

Profile

I absolutely LOVE what I do and to be able to design interiors – how wonderful is that!

I grew up in Canada helping my parents make pottery and my grandparents make jewellery. At University I studied history of art & classical archaeology, spent a year living in Florence studying sculpture & goldsmithing and hold diplomas in jewellery manufacturing & interior design.

My greatest adventure was living in Kyiv, where I owned my dream come true…ARTEast Gallery which was the first commercial art gallery in Ukraine.

I now reside in England and I use all my background in my interior design. I have a keen eye for detail whether it be drawing plans, lightning design to creating a bespoke piece of furniture or sourcing a special piece of art. I am passionate about designing and building kitchens and am fortunate to have worked with some outstanding skilled builders and tradespeople.

Stylistically, I enjoy balancing contemporary design with antique pieces and focus on trying to upcycle what is already there but in a more practical and aesthetically pleasing way.

If you seek an interior designer whether it is a large or small project, domestic or commercial please contact me.

I cherish the opportunities to create incredible interiors and simply, I love working (also eating popcorn!)
