C: CONSULT, CONCEPT, CREATE

CONSULT

An initial consultation and survey will begin the process for the design team to fully understand your style, space requirements and budget. A survey will also be completed at this stage where measurements, photographs and sketches will be made.

CONCEPT

The design concept will be presented to you of which you will receive:

  • plans
  • elevations (CAD drawings available on agreed fee)
  • illustrations of furniture and fittings
  • samples

CREATE

This is the final stage where any alterations and amendments are made to the design. Upon agreement, a full presentation will be given to you and you will receive:

  • CAD drawings of plans and elevations
  • CAD drawings if lighting and plumbing plans
  • PPP of specification of furniture, fittings
  • samples

U: U save time and money!

In addition to C (Consult, Concept, Create), we save you time and money by sourcing and ordering all of your items. We work with trustworthy companies and craftspeople all of which will help you to relax and enjoy your project as it comes to completion. You save not only time in this process, but will save you money. With all items purchased, unlike other designers, you will receive proof of payment that will also enable you to capitalise on some of the trade discounts designers can receive. An added fee will be administered for this service.

3: 3 (IMPLEMENT!)

In addition to C (Consult, Concept, Create) and U (save time and money), we will IMPLEMENT the design and project manages the job CU3! This is a top to toe service of which we will act on your behalf to ensure the project runs smoothly and finishes to the highest level of quality in the most efficient way. Any bespoke (if you click will take you to bespoke) work required can be designed and sourced for a competitive fee. This premium level of service will include:

  • sourcing and selecting contractors
  • communicating and co-ordinating supplies and contractors
  • arranging the orders and deliveries to the site
  • regular reporting to the client on progress, alterations, decisions required and programme
  • snag list and cleaning property
  • styling and accessorising
  • Artwork
  • handover
